Duties and Responsibilities Work with product people to understand and flesh out requirements for implementations Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable services Drive best practices and produce high-quality code Lead troubleshooting of complex bugs and issues Do hands-on coding alongside the team and serve as a mentor Ensure deliverables meet the quality bar Requirements Experienced and proficient in working with Elixir. 6 years of experience in the development of various complex systems. Experienced in high load, high traffic transactional systems. Attention to detail and reliability are what you take pride in. Ability to lead a team or liaise with stakeholders in managing project delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have DevOps experience with AWS or Azure, Docker. Experience with Node.js, React.js or React native. Production experience with Elixir. Open-source repositories and contributions. Experience working on greenfield software projects.
