What You'll Bring: The ability to deliver across both the St Hugo Grant Burge Wine Lounge and Restaurant operations. Confidence with Point of Sale systems and electronic banking facilities. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate , plus experience in fast‑paced hospitality or wine environments. Strong communication skills , with proven success in sales and guest engagement.
