Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and efficiency. Provide attentive table service in the a la carte restaurant, ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered. Maintain in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients, dietary options, and daily specials. Assist with beverage service and bar support, including wine service and preparing cocktails. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow. Manage billing and handle payments accurately. Uphold the brand’s service philosophy and ensure each member/guest feels valued.
