Description The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for but not limited to: Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation. Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Manage inventory and operational accounting activities Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support decision-making. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable team Collaborate with external auditors and ensure successful completion of audits. Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA. Experience leading and managing a team Exposure to a product related industry (FMCG, Manufacturing etc.) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Audit background is also preferred but not a prerequisite Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
