About the Role As the PCADS Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding high-quality services for people with complex needs. You’ll support a small team of Counsellor Educators, provide clinical guidance, and ensure accurate reporting and data quality. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager and local stakeholders to strengthen community responses to AOD use and mental health in the Pilbara/Kimberley region. The role includes a mix of service delivery, team leadership, data oversight, and community engagement. What’s on Offer $100,776.00 base super $20,000.00 regional allowance per annum Full-time – 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri) Ongoing training, development, and supervision Free, confidential counselling for staff and families Meaningful community work with strong regional partnerships The opportunity to influence service quality and client outcomes Work in a culturally secure, place-based environment Travel within the region as required You’ll Need A tertiary qualification in psychology, social/behavioural sciences, health, mental health nursing, youth work, management or equivalent Experience in the alcohol and other drug and/or mental health sector Understanding of co-occurring AOD and mental health challenges Knowledge of harm reduction, diversion, prevention, and evidence-based AOD interventions Commitment to culturally secure practice and HOPE’s mission, values, and frameworks The ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders Leadership experience (highly desirable) including supervision, performance development and team support Experience in case management and client record systems (desirable) Important To apply, you must have the right to work in Australia.
