Job Description A pivotal role within our Service Team has opened at our brand-new Cummins branch. We’re seeking a positive and enthusiastic Service Foreman to lead our talented team of Service Technicians. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who combines hands-on diesel mechanical expertise with strong leadership and organisational skills. If you’re experienced in managing teams, scheduling work efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity. About the Role: Lead by example, mentoring and guiding a team of diesel mechanics. Manage in-house systems, process purchase orders, and schedule work to maximise efficiency. Deliver outstanding service to our customers using industry-leading John Deere machinery. Location: Our Cummins branch is brand new, located in the beautiful rural town of Cummins, South Australia, just 45 minutes from Port Lincoln and surrounded by undulating farmland. Learn more about the town: Cummins | South Australia. What You’ll Need: Trade Qualification in Agricultural Mechanical Technology or equivalent. Proven leadership experience. Positive, approachable attitude with excellent communication skills. Experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic. Exceptional customer support focus. Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
