Job Description An exciting opportunity has opened in our Precision Ag team to support our Wimmera customer base. As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll help our customers get the most out of their machinery and technology. You’ll show how new products can improve their farm’s efficiency and profitability, while also sharing your knowledge with colleagues across our network. Working alongside the Sales and Aftermarket teams, you’ll troubleshoot challenges, provide hands-on support, and deliver practical training on technology, machine optimisation, and agronomic solutions. You will travel frequently within the Emmetts network, attending Field Days, shows, trade events, and leading machine and equipment demonstrations to showcase the integrated benefits of John Deere and related equipment. The Right Person Will: Have a passion for agriculture and technology. Excel at building and maintaining customer and dealer relationships. Possess a solid technical understanding of John Deere machinery (preferred). Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Understand customer challenges and be driven to find solutions. Be familiar with Australian production farming practices. Have hands-on experience with precision technology and software. Present confidently to small or large audiences. Enjoy working in a small, committed, and fun team. Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential. What’s in it for You?
