ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with gaming industry experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and join our close-knit team as a Gaming Product and Systems Manager on a full-time basis at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, NSW. At Mounties, we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence, and we are looking for an exceptional strategic and analytical thinker who takes pride in facilitating strong data driven insights into opportunities for the business. This individual will have a continuous focus on strategic and improvement initiatives. More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to: Manage, update and develop gaming systematic and operational procedures to ensure daily compliance requirements are met. Manage and update gaming products including EGMs, MTGMs, links jackpots and installations across the group. Manage, update and develop gaming floor layouts by using updated technology. Maintaining inventory of mandatory regulatory compliance materials. Participating in regular, accurate and valid reporting with all internal and external stakeholders. Meeting financial gaming revenue targets across the group. Make recommendations that mitigates business risks and increase business efficiencies. Reviewing and implementing systems or reporting methods and identifying if additional reporting or training is required. Maintaining inventory of mandatory regulatory compliance materials. Oversee and provide ROI for all expenditures and assist in CAPEX & OPEX strategies. Developing and reviewing business cases for all expenditure ensuring accurate and valid information. Lead and manage the team, ensuring each team member’s accountability is aligned with agreed KPI’s and responsibilities. Enhance department efficiencies and productivity by identifying areas of learning and development that may be required. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and/or implement agreed goals and strategies where required including negotiation with all suppliers and service providers. Manage gaming system components, ensure operations of the system are performing as per expected, assist developing business cases for enhancements of the system. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Advanced knowledge of Aristocrat System 7000 and eBet system. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Experience in report creation and presentations. In-depth understanding of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry legislation. Proficiency in club operation systems (e.g., Maxgaming, POS, BTG paging, sign-in, finance). Expertise in gaming products, including EGMs, MTGMs, and link jackpots. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Excellent project, time management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Superior written and verbal communication. Current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA, RCG and ARCG competency card.
