We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the supply of Payroll staff, with a particular focus on payroll professionals who are experienced with our own software MicrOpay and Definitiv. The Access Talent Service is the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent position. My client is needing a Payroll Officer to manage the payroll for approx 3 months, starting ASAP on a part time basis (3 days per week). Located in Sydney CBD, you will manage the end to end payroll function. As well as strong payroll knowledge, you must be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese. On a day to day basis, this role will involve: Processing 2 monthly payrolls accurately, and on time Using MicrOpay Entering new starters Completing all processing checks and reconciliations before seeking approval to process for payment Processing, calculating, and managing payroll adjustments, terminations, leave reconciliations, parental leave payments, and bonus/commission payments Responding to employee enquiries regarding payroll Maintaining all documentation, personnel files and electronic systems with accurate data Other various payroll related tasks To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent knowledge in MicrOpay Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills A good team player Ability to manage competing deadlines Salary: up to $65 per hour, depending on experience If you would like to apply for this role, press on the apply button, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Celine Guillot on 0415 345 587.
