About the Role You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of TTW programs, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and participants are supported to achieve their education, training, and employment goals. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, build leadership capability, and guide a team to success. Key Responsibilities Lead and support your team to deliver outcomes and meet compliance requirements. Support participants to set and achieve employment and education goals. Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and motivation to staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen opportunities for participants. Must have experience in TTW or similar Desired Skills and Experience Who We’re Looking For A strong team player with excellent communication skills. Organised, motivated, and outcome-focused.
