We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to provides administrative and operational assistance to the Defence Contract Administration team, focusing on the day-to-day management of contract documentation and systems (including Defence-specific platforms and internal tools). The role ensures accurate data entry, timely reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations, security clearance requirements, and key performance indicators. What You’ll Do As our Contract Administrator, your key duties will include: Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of Defence contracts and associated documentation. Maintain up-to-date records of contract milestones, variations, and deliverables. Prepare regular reports on contract performance, compliance, and clearance status. Provide administrative assistance to contract leadership. Support audits and compliance reviews for Defence contracts Collate, maintain, and update personnel security clearance records (Baseline, NV1, NV2, etc.). Generate and distribute clearance status reports for internal and Defence stakeholders. Ensure clearance data complies with DISP and Defence security protocols.
