Influence safety culture across iconic property assets Sydney | Land of the Gadigal People We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to partner with leading property and facilities teams to deliver best-in-class safety across a premium portfolio. If you have expertise in WHS compliance, risk management, and environmental systems, and want to make a real impact in the property sector, this role is for you. The Opportunity: Implement and maintain Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Management Systems across commercial property assets. Support site teams with risk management, compliance audits, and incident investigations. Deliver HSE training, facilitate consultative forums, and promote a strong safety culture. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, ISO standards, and AS/NZS 4801. Coordinate property risk registers and assist with audit preparation. Your Background: Several years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles within property management, facilities management, or construction. Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation methodologies (iCAM/TapRoot), and return-to-work programs. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills. Experience in commercial property, asset services, or real estate portfolios preferred.
