Your Impact as our Assistant Director, you will: Work in Collaboration with the Centre Director in the delivery of quality education and care whilst embedding Harmony’s vision, values and beliefs Build strong partnerships with families and local community Drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture Support CD to keep operations running smoothly – rosters, budgets, resources and compliance Support whole team to drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture Focus on what matters most.
