Their progression in the industry has seen them expand from a simple Tool making and press shop to an engineering manufacturer that can provide Precision CNC Machining & Turning, CNC, Bending, Laser Cutting, Metal Cutting & Pressing. Custom Jigging & High precision robotic welding. Frontline Manufacturing is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Welder (First Class) to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret drawings and job specifications to determine work requirements Fabricate metal products and join metal sections by various welding techniques Coordinate the production task operations as per the Work Instruction, in a manner that meets the size, volume and timelines specified Perform production line assembly and welding Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication Align parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments Exam welds for width of bead, penetration and precision Maintain records of work orders and materials used Maintain a clean and organised work environment Minimize exposure to hazards to prevent incidents and injuries to the greatest possible extent.
