We are currently seeking a passionate and client-centred Exercise Physiologist to support our seniors through tailored programs delivered both onsite at our specialised senior gym and through community-based home visits. About the Role In this rewarding position, you will: Deliver individual and group exercise programs designed to support strength, balance, mobility, and chronic condition management. Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalised exercise prescriptions for older adults. Provide in-home exercise support and rehabilitation programs that maximise independence and everyday functioning. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic wellbeing. Build strong, supportive relationships with participants, families, and referrers. Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives within the service. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: A recognised degree in Exercise Physiology. Accreditation with ESSA (Accredited Exercise Physiologist - AEP). A genuine passion for supporting seniors to achieve their health and wellness goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage older adults. The ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload. Current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle (for home visits).
