Your Role as a Rear Loader Driver As a Rear Loader Driver, you’ll be at the forefront of the waste collection of all public waste across the Sutherland Shire. You’ll work a 9-day fortnight across Monday to Sunday with a 4am start and be part of a reliable team delivering cost-effective services that supporting the Waste Management Strategy. Your daily tasks will include operating rear loader vehicles, conduct safety checks, and performing minor maintenance. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service, your work will help keep our streets clean and our environment thriving. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A current HR Class driver’s licence is essential for this role Experience in waste services or a similar driving role Physical fitness for manual handling and outdoor work Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic skills in data entry and mobile device use Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Law Familiarity with Sutherland Shire streets and suburbs (advantageous) Ready to drive your career forward?
