Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington Centre , set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature three rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate Certificate III Educator to join this foundation team. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences. Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families. Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment. Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities. Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.
