As the Service Relationship Manager, you will: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with organisational strategy. Oversee strategic management of key customer accounts to maximise service reach, engagement, and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, funders, industry influencers, and customers. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans to increase awareness and uptake of services. Collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Gather and analyse customer and stakeholder insights to inform continuous improvement and new service development. Represent Beyond Blue at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and engagement. Provide accurate performance data and reporting to stakeholders, funders, and customers. Desired Skills and Experience About you To be successful you will hold: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., management, marketing, or related field). Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and inclusion. Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management with a strong focus on revenue generation. Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies, coupled with a human-centred and innovative mindset. Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and deliver positive community and business outcomes.
