This rapidly growing insurance broker is seeking a claims consultant to join their Melbourne based team. This role within the organisation requires a claims professional with proven experience across the motor claims landscape with other lines such as Commercial Package advantagous. Job Requirements: Effectively manage a portfolio of motor claims (70%) and commerical claims (30%) Review and improve upon strategies for claims management ensure communication with all clients is maintained to the highest level. Manage the expectations and influence valued external stakeholders including, Insurers, Insureds, Solicitors. Make sound judgments and display confidence in your decisions and possess the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.
