About ESA We provide a wide range of services including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, aquatic therapy, speech pathology, social work, psychology, assistive technology prescription, environmental modification , and group therapy programs – all designed to support children and their families. Your Opportunity As a Psychologist at ESA, you’ll play a vital role in helping children and families reach their full potential. Your day-to-day will include: Conducting diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, and intellectual developmental disorders. Delivering evidence-based therapy interventions . Reviewing progress and setting new priorities with families. Supporting developmental and clinical outcomes for meaningful participation in everyday life. Collaborating with key stakeholders and maintaining strong communication. Developing functional, routine-based goals within NDIS or Medicare frameworks . Providing services to children and young people aged 2–16 years , in clinic and community settings. Driving continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review. Passion: A love for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families. Skills: Ability to provide therapeutic interventions and conduct cognitive and clinical assessments. Experience: Working with neurodevelopmental needs is desirable. Training in ADOS and MIGDAS is a bonus!
