About The Role As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Kinyara Health grows, navigates sector reform and delivers higher-quality care for both the clients and communities we service. Working closely with executive leaders across the organisation, you will drive improvements in service efficiency, performance and client outcomes through sustainable growth. You’ll turn complex financial, operational and market data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, contribute to due diligence work during M&A, and support both organisational-wide and post-merger transformation initiatives. Your work will have tangible impact on how we operate, and how our clients and participants experience care at home. Key responsibilities include: Build financial and operational models to support growth, M&A and transformation Analyse data to generate insights that inform executive and strategic decisions Develop business cases, commercial proposals, and board-ready presentations Track transformation projects to ensure key milestones are met and outcomes are achieved Collaborate with leaders to improve efficiency, performance, and client outcomes Enhance reporting, dashboards, and organisational tools Challenge assumptions and contribute to fresh thinking across teams About You You’re a strategic thinker, motivated by driving purposeful change, and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
