In this role as a Client Services Officer, you will support mobility clients by providing a high level of customer service in line with Managed Service Agreements, manage day-to-day sales and service requests, assist with Telstra-related orders, and work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen client relationships. About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience: Manage the internal service board (ConnectWise) and action all carrier and service requests efficiently. Process and provision Telstra-related orders, including mobile, fixed, and hardware requests, while resolving Telstra queries promptly. Maintain accurate data across internal databases and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate the receipting, dispatch, and tracking of hardware and equipment, and assist with Telstra payment reconciliations. Support daily office operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and organised workspace and performing additional administrative duties as required. What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail, high work quality, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to show initiative, solve problems effectively, and work collaboratively in a team. Committed to continuous learning and developing skills in a fast-paced environment. Technology savvy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Understanding or exposure to Telstra business products-especially data and carriage-is highly desirable .
