We are expanding our community nursing team and seek Registered Nurses with diverse experience levels who hold General registration and are Australian citizens or permanent residents. Role Summary We are recruiting a Community Registered Nurse to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering clinical nursing care in community and home settings, coordinating with allied health and support staff, and contributing to positive client outcomes. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided, and the role supports career progression from junior to senior clinical positions. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans aligned with client goals and NDIS supports. Administer medications, wound care, and clinical procedures in community settings with adherence to policies and infection control standards. Monitor and document clinical indicators, report changes in health status, and escalate concerns to the multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with support workers, families, and external providers to ensure coordinated service delivery and continuity of care. Deliver health education, capacity building, and training to clients and support staff to promote independence and safe care practices. Participate in case conferences, clinical reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. What We Seek Current AHPRA General registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent and relevant community nursing experience. Experience across a range of levels from 1–2 years through to 30 years is valued; the role suits clinicians at junior, mid and senior levels. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and medication management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work independently in community settings. Current Australian residency status (citizen or permanent resident) and willingness to travel across Adelaide.
