About the Role As the Quality and Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring organisational excellence across our programs, with a key focus on supporting the new FDV Hub in Armadale. Reporting to the Quality and Data Team Leader, you’ll oversee compliance, quality assurance, data management, and KPI reporting to ensure that Hope’s services meet the highest standards of accountability and continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on operational systems within the health or community services sector. Experience with accreditation audits and client file audits. Strong skills in quality assurance, data management, and compliance reporting. Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of accountability systems, continuous improvement processes, and risk management tools. Experience within the Alcohol and Other Drug and/or Mental Health sectors. Understanding of the unique challenges faced by people in regional and metropolitan communities.
