The RoleThermogroup is seeking a motivated and experienced Hydronic Underfloor Heating Specialist to join their team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to support the launch of Hydronic Underfloor Heating as a new product range. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support, assisting with sourcing, product training, and ongoing customer support. Thermogroup is looking for someone highly organised, with a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and proven experience with hydronic heating systems and direct underfloor heating installations. This is a remote role based in NSW or VIC, with flexibility to establish a working space in the candidate's area. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and secure reliable supply partners, including product specifications and compliance requirements. Support the rollout of Thermogroup's Hydronic Underfloor Heating product range, providing technical input and guidance. Deliver training to sales, customer service, and installation teams on system design, quoting, product knowledge, and technical calculations. Assist in creating customer-facing materials, installation guides, and training resources. Contribute to the design, testing, and prototyping of new hydronic products and system components. Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and customers, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Serve as the in-house technical expert for hydronic underfloor heating systems. What we are looking for: Proven experience in hydronic heating systems, with direct underfloor heating expertise. Strong technical knowledge of hydronic system design, heat loss calculations, and installation practices. Hands-on experience with hydronic installation, commissioning, or maintenance Ability to deliver engaging technical training to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with Australian Standards, building codes, and compliance requirements for heating systems is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and procurement teams.
