Our Client: We are partnering with a reputable civil construction contractor who is experiencing rapid growth across multiple projects. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Traffic Controllers to join their team immediately. Location: Multiple sites across the region Employment Type: Casual Start Date: Immediate About the Role As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe flow of vehicles, machinery, and pedestrians around active work sites. Duties include: Directing traffic using stop/slow bat Setting up and packing down traffic management signs and equipment Monitoring site safety and communicating with the site team Assisting with general labouring when required Following strict safety protocols at all times What You Need To be successful, you must have: Traffic Controller - Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural Roads (TC1) and RIISS00059 - Traffic Controller - High Volume Roads (TC2) White Card Driver’s licence reliable transport Ability to work in all weather conditions Strong communication skills and safety awareness Reliability and a positive attitude Desirable: Experience in civil or construction environments Additional tickets (e.g., First Aid, HR licence, plant tickets) What We Offer Competitive hourly rates Weekly pay Supportive recruitment and onsite management Opportunity to work with a well-respected civil contractor If you’re hard-working, dependable, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!
