Position Overview SURE TIME PTY LTD (t/a Hoodburger) is an established hospitality business operating multiple fast-casual dining venues across Western Australia. The Duncraig location is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage service efficiency, and maintain food safety and customer-service standards. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff performance, rostering, stock control, and ensuring compliance with Hoodburger's operational and quality procedures. The role is essential to meeting customer demand, ensuring consistent service delivery and supporting business growth. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: The Restaurant Manager role includes, but is not limited to: Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring consistent service standards. Supervising, training, and leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Managing staff rosters, performance, and shift operations. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and workplace health and safety requirements. Monitoring inventory, ordering stock, and managing supplier relationships. Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and resolving issues professionally. Managing cash handling, daily reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. Overseeing opening and closing procedures, equipment checks, and venue presentation. Supporting marketing promotions, new product rollouts, and operational improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or diploma in hospitality, Business or related field. At least 2 years' experience in hospitality management or similar leadership roles. Strong staff-supervision and rostering skills. Knowledge of food safety, WHS, and hospitality compliance standards. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proven experience in stock control, cash handling, and operational administration.
