Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead Location: Ingleburn, NSW We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Lead to drive demand generation and strengthen digital presence across paid media, social platforms, and website channels. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to shift marketing focus from brand awareness to high-quality lead generation. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Create and refine ad content, landing pages, and retargeting strategies to improve conversions. Enhance website UX and SEO performance in collaboration with developers. Use analytics tools to track results, identify trends, and guide continuous improvement. Develop email marketing and lead-nurturing workflows using CRM and automation tools. Support co-branded digital campaigns and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Uphold workplace safety, compliance standards, and organisational values. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ digital marketing experience, particularly in PPC, social media, and website optimisation. Proven ability to grow social audiences and boost engagement. Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush). Excellent content creation, communication, and time-management abilities. Ability to work autonomously, build relationships, and manage competing priorities. Experience with WordPress and CRM/automation tools is advantageous.
