The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and Finance Manager to oversee the organisation's financial health, reporting, and operational finance functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping InCasa's financial strategy and supporting our mission-driven service delivery. This hands on financial leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a values-based environment, brings strong financial acumen, and leads with integrity, accountability, and care. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance - Lead accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Australian statutory and regulatory requirements. Budgeting & Forecasting - Manage annual budgets, financial forecasts and provide strategic insights to guide organisational decision-making. Strategic Planning - Partner with the executive team to influence long-term planning and organisational objectives through robust financial analysis. Team Leadership - Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Risk Management - Identify financial risks and implement effective controls and mitigation strategies. Operational Oversight - Oversee daily finance operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and financial systems. Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders. Essential Selection Criteria CA / CPA qualified with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Demonstrated financial management expertise and strong analytical, strategic thinking. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and build high-performing teams. Proven capability in financial systems, and process improvement. Current National Police Check. Aged care sector experience is desirable but not essential. Why Join InCasa?
