What You’ll Be Doing (End-to-End PM Experience) Manage your own small, clean portfolio with full support Liaise with landlords and tenants professionally and confidently Coordinate maintenance and trusted trades Conduct routine inspections, entries and exits Handle renewals, arrears and compliance Prepare lease documentation and notices Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth workflows Build long-term relationships with clients and tenants You’ll gain true end-to-end exposure without the burnout.
