We're recruiting on behalf of a growing early intervention service in Sydney's south west that supports young children with autism, developmental delay and other diverse needs in a warm, play based environment. About the role You'll join a multidisciplinary team delivering early intervention supports for infants, toddlers and young children. The work is a mix of clinic based and community settings, with a strong emphasis on naturalistic, play based therapy and partnering closely with families. In this role you will Provide assessment and therapy for speech, language, social communication and feeding where appropriate Use play based, evidence informed approaches aligned with Early Start Denver Model principles Collaborate with a team that may include developmental educators, OTs, behaviour support practitioners and other therapists Work in partnership with parents and carers through coaching, modelling and practical strategies for home and everyday routines Contribute to goal setting, progress reviews and clear, family friendly reports Participate in team meetings, case discussions and ongoing professional learning You'll be a great fit if you Are a qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA membership (or eligibility) Have experience or strong interest in early intervention and working with children on the spectrum Value family centred practice and enjoy coaching and collaborating with parents Are comfortable working in a fast growing service and contributing ideas as things evolve Have NDIS and paediatric experience, or are keen to develop this with support Hold a current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and valid Australian working rights What's on offer A values driven team that genuinely believes in early intervention and family empowerment Structured support from experienced clinicians and leaders Opportunities for training in evidence based models and ongoing PD Purpose built clinic setting in Sydney's south west with access to resources and materials If this sounds like you, hit Apply to chat about the role and team.
