The role You’ll be working in civil drafting for residential subdivisions (and the odd anomoly project): roads, drainage, earthworks, precinct layouts, masterplanning. The workflow is steady, the future looks positive, and they’re investing in tech, training and people. Who this suits Someone with 3-8 years’ experience in civil drafting, ideally with some or all of that in land development or subdivisions. Someone confident in their foundations, who still wants to keep learning. A team player who enjoys being around others; this is mostly office-based. Drafting qualification preferred , but attitude, accuracy and curiosity matter just as much. The basics Inner east location (public transport nearby on-site parking).
