We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Boilermaker to join our client’s team at multiple sites around Sydney for Shutdown and ongoing work. About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Boilermaker to join our operations team in Sydney’s Metro Area . This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys fabrication, welding, structural work, and problem-solving on the tools. You’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality metalwork, maintaining safe work standards, and supporting ongoing site and workshop projects. Your Day-to-Day May Include: Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components Interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications Performing high-quality welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and using a range of fabrication equipment Conducting measurements, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting tasks Ensuring all work areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines Following all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Requirements: Proven experience in structural steel, fabrication, or heavy industrial work Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong welding skills and confidence using fabrication machinery Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks safely A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork Safety-first mindset and adherence to workplace standards White Card and relevant tickets (EWP, Confined Space, Working at Heights) highly regarded What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly Work across multiple sites in the Sydney Metro area A safe, inclusive, and professional work environment Shutdown Work If you’re ready to get on site and start working with a professional crew, hit the Apply Now button and send us your application today, or contact me directly at aine@harrisonbarrattgroup.com.au
