ConsultANZ is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy in Auckland. You will be responsible for supporting commercial operations across energy and civil projects, bringing strong communication, organisational skills, and commercial awareness to a dynamic delivery team. Main Duties: Work directly with clients on small and large projects Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters (NZS 3910 and other contracts) Support commercial delivery from the client’s side Contribute to financial reporting and project cost tracking Assist with contract administration and cost management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management Experience in consultancy or client-side QS roles preferred Familiarity with NZS 3910 contracts and claims management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office Benefits: $100-130k base, negotiable depending on experience Opportunity to work directly with clients and take ownership of commercial responsibilities Be part of a fast-growing consultancy with ongoing project opportunities APPLY NOW!
