As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome before they arrive! You will: Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximised through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Assist in handling and managing group reservations Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates Have a strong sales focus and the ability to upsell the hotel features High level of attention to detail Great verbal and written communication skills Engaging personality that will transpire through the phone
