Description The Gov Contract Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with those clients that have been secured by the LEGEAR Gov Business Development team, the Contract Manager will become the ongoing face of the LEGEAR business performing the required contract and customer management. The positions purpose is to be strategic and operational, acting as an enabler to implement strong in-contract management functions whilst working with the key internal stakeholders such as Planning, Procurement, Product Development and IT to ensure effective management of company resources and to maximise in-contract profitability, performance, timeliness and return on investment. The Gov Contract Manager will competently manage a portfolio of Clients where there are formal Contracts / Standing Offer Arrangements in place, with success also being measured by the retention and renewal of those arrangements and the growth of the client spend. Skills And Experiences Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, with demonstrated Contract Management experience. Exposure to Law Enforcement/First Responder sector would be ideal but not essential. Proven track record meeting/exceeding Sales targets. Experience in managing customers within the Government Agency area (State or Federal) would be ideal but not essential.
