Compliance Administrator – Step Up and Support the Growth of Our Compliance Framework Are you an organised, proactive professional ready to take the next step in your compliance or administrative career? This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a real impact—far from a “tick and flick” position, you’ll play a key part in shaping our systems, documentation, and processes to support a more mature and efficient compliance environment. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance team, enhance our documentation and data management capability, and help drive meaningful improvement across the business. What you’ll do Compliance Support • Maintain compliance registers, policies, procedures, and documentation • Assist with monitoring, reporting, and internal compliance requirements • Ensure documents meet regulatory, contractual, and audit expectations • Support communication and training activities related to compliance Data & Document Management • Maintain accurate digital records and manage large volumes of documentation • Oversee document control systems, version management, and retrieval processes • Conduct data checks and audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity Administrative Support • Manage shared mailboxes and general compliance correspondence • Draft, format, and review reports and documentation • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and clerical functions People & Process Coordination • Work collaboratively with internal teams to help meet compliance obligations • Liaise with external consultants and suppliers, including quotes and progress tracking • Promote best-practice data handling and document management • Provide guidance on administrative processes as required What we’re looking for • Experience in compliance administration, data management, or similar support roles • Strong administrative and clerical capability • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) • Experience with document management systems and shared inboxes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational strengths • Ability to quickly learn new software systems • Internal Auditor certification (desirable) • Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 (desirable) • Familiarity with platforms such as Tipalti, Mango, or DoneSafe (desirable) • Confident enforcing processes and maintaining standards • Highly organised, methodical, and dependable • Professional, approachable, and collaborative • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Reporting Line This role reports to the Head of Safety, Compliance and Risk and supports compliance and administration functions across the department.
