Paediatrician - Gosford & Wyong Hospitals (Central Coast NSW) $2,500 per day | 3-month VMO contract | Travel & Accommodation Included Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an experienced Paediatrician to join the teams at Gosford Hospital and Wyong Hospital for a fixed-term three-month contract, commencing as soon as possible. This role provides cover for long service leave (Gosford) and maternity leave (Wyong). About the Hospitals Gosford Hospital - Level 4 Paediatrics ~3,500 births annually 21-bed acute Paediatric Ward 16-bed Special Care Nursery (Neonatal Unit) Participation in a 1:6 on-call roster Wyong Hospital - Level 2 Ambulatory Paediatrics No births or neonatal unit Ambulatory service only Participation in a 1:5 on-call roster Position Details VMO rate: ~$2,500/day (includes on-call) On-call accommodation provided for candidates commuting from Sydney Flights, travel, and accommodation provided for interstate applicants Up to two outpatient clinics per week (Gosford or Wyong) Who We're Looking For An enthusiastic, committed Paediatrician with strong general paediatrics experience who is comfortable participating in the on-call roster across both hospitals.
