Our Role We have two exciting opportunities to join our dedicated Individual Differences team in a dynamic and supportive role as part of our Education Support Staff (ESS). These roles are specifically aimed at enhancing our Individual Differences program, which supports secondary students to be their best and achieve their best. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is studying teaching to obtain classroom experience supporting our students learning needs. Beginning in Term 1, 2026, the hours and days available are: • Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 4pm • Three days per week, 8.15am – 4pm (flexible days available) Responsibilities include: • Assisting students individually or in groups in specific learning areas • Facilitating communication between students and teachers and aiding in the interpretation of instructions • Providing general support and care for students • Participating in team meetings and contributing to program evaluations • Supporting student involvement in a variety of settings including classrooms, playgrounds, camps, excursions, and sporting events • Preparing and managing student resources and equipment • Promoting and ensuring inclusive practices and student independence • Uphold our Child Safety standards and policies at all times • Uphold the values and vision of Kingswood College, contributing positively to our community.
