Supporting a diverse portfolio that blends digital innovation and industry leadership, the role provides exposure to cross-functional initiatives and the inner workings of a team shaping the future of our digital and client experience offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is ready to step into an EA role. You’ll manage busy calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and help prepare key documents and presentations. No two days will be the same - you’ll play a central role in ensuring priorities are actioned and leaders’ time is optimised so they can focus on high-level strategic work. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’: Provide administrative support to three senior leaders Manage calendars and coordinate meetings Organise travel using FCM and process expenses in Workday Prepare and polish presentations in MS PowerPoint Distil key priorities from discussions and help keep work moving Build strong internal relationships and act as a reliable point of contact What we’re looking for: Previous experience supporting multiple individuals in agile and complex organisations , as a Team Assistant , Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant . Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to listen, interpret ideas, and translate them into clear actions Professional, optimistic, and motivated with a collaborative mindset Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint How will your future be shaped by us?
