Location: Logan Central QLD Duration: 6 months - from 5th January 2025 (or earlier if mutually agreed) to 30th June 2026 with possibility of extension Hours: 36.25 hrs/week, Monday–Friday What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For (Both Roles) You will deliver and support OD initiatives that strengthen leadership, culture, performance, and workforce capability, while partnering with managers and teams to translate needs into practical solutions. This includes facilitating workshops, focus groups, and learning programs, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with the People & Culture team to ensure seamless program delivery. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, solid knowledge of OD practices, change management or HR initiatives, the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines, and a collaborative mindset with a passion for developing people. Organisational Development Consultant – Level 8 Lead, design, and influence OD strategy across the organisation. Pay Rate: $60–$70/hr PAYG (plus superannuation) Design and lead high-impact OD initiatives and programs aligned with organisational goals Provide advisory support to leaders on culture, change, and workforce capability Deliver leadership coaching and engagement activities for senior leaders Use insights and data to shape strategy and measure program success Who You Are: Strategic, experienced in large-scale OD projects, able to influence senior leaders, and ready to design programs that drive measurable impact. Organisational Development Specialist – Level 6 Coordinate, deliver, and bring OD initiatives to life. Pay Rate: $58.06/hr PAYG (plus superannuation) Support the rollout of OD programs and ensure smooth delivery across teams Assist in facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs Prepare reports, track progress, and provide program support to the OD team Support managers and supervisors to build capability and embed change Who You Are: Detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in supporting OD or HR initiatives, with a knack for turning strategy into action.
