To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail. ROLE: Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact Handle contractor/visitor management processes Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management YOU: Strong listening & problem-solving skills. A positive proactive demeanour. Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude Honest with high levels of energy and integrity Fully Computer Literate Able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
