The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a passionate Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in their career as our Community Clinical Coordinator! You’ll be the clinical lead for our community programs, guiding, supporting, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team that includes Case Managers, Registered Nurses, Allied Health professionals, and our amazing Care Workers. Together, you’ll ensure every client receives safe, high-quality, and person-centred care aligned with Bene’s values of respect, openness and excellence. Your work will also help Bene meet the expectations of the new Aged Care Act, ensuring that the care we deliver upholds the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of every client. What You’ll Do Lead clinical coordination for our clients with complex care needs. Conduct clinical assessments within a wellbeing and reablement framework. Develop, review, and monitor care and behavioural support plans. Mentor and guide our Registered Nurses and care teams in best-practice clinical care. Provide clinical support to our employees who are delivering direct care. Take part in incident investigations, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Deliver engaging employee education sessions and ensure clinical credentialing (e.g. medication competency). Build strong, trusting relationships with our clients, families, and service providers. About You You’re an experienced Registered Nurse with a caring heart. You thrive on helping others grow, building great relationships, and leading by example. You bring a mix of clinical expertise, emotional intelligence, and genuine passion for supporting older people to live well in their own homes. What You’ll Bring Experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential). Experience in Community, Home care, or NDIS SIL environments. A strong understanding of wellbeing, reablement, and restorative approaches. Confident communicator with excellent documentation and time management skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. Current National Police Check, and Driver’s Licence.
