About the Role We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Bene St Paul’s in Hahndorf . With options for casual, part-time or full-time positions, this is your opportunity to be part of a close-knit, professional team that delivers exceptional person-centred care. In this rewarding role, you will: Provide high-quality clinical and personal care tailored to each resident’s individual needs Conduct or contribute to clinical assessments and develop care plans Administer medications and monitor residents’ health Lead, mentor and support care staff to uphold Bene’s standards of care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with families, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best care outcomes What We’re Looking For Essential: Current AHPRA registration Previous experience in residential aged care (minimum 1 year preferred) Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health needs Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Proof of work rights in Australia Desirable: Italian language skills (highly regarded) Post-basic qualifications in aged care Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 and influenza) Why It Matters At Bene Aged Care, you’re not just part of a roster — you’re part of a purpose.
