About the Role As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse and high-quality lifestyle program that supports the emotional, social, cultural, and physical wellbeing of our residents. This includes: Planning monthly activity calendars tailored to resident interests, abilities, and needs Coordinating group and individual activities that promote independence, engagement, and choice Leading and mentoring Lifestyle team members and volunteers Collaborating with clinical, care, catering, and allied health teams to ensure holistic resident support Building community partnerships to enhance resident experiences (e.g. entertainers, schools, volunteer groups) Ensuring activities align with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Royal Freemasons’ values Supporting residents living with dementia using best-practice engagement strategies Maintaining accurate documentation, assessments, and progress notes About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle, activities, or leisure programs within aged care or community services A genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills Creativity, initiative, and the ability to adjust programs to individual needs Empathy, patience, and a person-centred approach Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and stakeholders Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle & Leisure, Diversional Therapy, Allied Health Assistance or similar (highly regarded) Competency using technology for documentation and calendar planning Fluent in Vietnamese / Chinese (highly desirable) What We Offer Working at Royal Freemasons means joining a values-driven organisation committed to excellence and resident wellbeing.
