Synergie Australia is seeking Parcel Sorters to join a fast-moving and supportive team based at Brisbane Airport . The important parts: Pay rate: $44–$49 per hour super, paid weekly Shifts: Afternoon shifts ranging between 12pm and 12am (8-hour shifts) Role type: Ongoing opportunities with consistent hours and training provided What you’ll be doing: Working in a busy parcel-sorting environment to support daily freight operations Loading parcels ranging from 1kg - 20kg – including boxes and satchels onto conveyor belts Manual sorting, scanning, and organising freight Using extendable conveyors to assist with unloading and reduce manual strain Maintaining a steady, reliable pace to meet daily KPIs Rotating through different dock and warehouse positions once trained To be successful, you will: Be able to pass a police check , drug & alcohol test , and pre-employment physical Have good literacy skills (able to confidently read and write) Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 20kg Have full Australian working rights Have reliable transport to ensure punctuality for shift start times Maintain a positive, safety-focused attitude at all times If you’re ready, click apply now or email natalia.kovacs@synergieaustralia.com.au Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services , and more.
