If you do not have experience within the Tax domain you will not be a suitable candidate for this opportunity About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead tax product-related client projects in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will manage a small team initially and grow as projects progress, overseeing the design and implementation of tax solutions for multiple clients. In this client-facing role, you will act as the key liaison between clients, business analysts, solution architects, and technical delivery teams. You will ensure pre-implementation requirements are complete, project plans are executed smoothly, and contractual commitments are met. You will also collaborate with clients to align solution design, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of tax-related client projects, ensuring milestones and budget targets are met Collaborate with clients to align design plans and ensure seamless delivery Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources with Product Managers and technical teams Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver on contractual commitments Chair and contribute to governance forums and report progress to stakeholders, including C-suite executives Develop detailed project and implementation plans, including tasks, dependencies, and accountabilities Ensure compliance with agreed methodologies, quality standards, and statutory requirements Optimise change management processes and resolve inefficiencies About You 10 years of client-facing project management experience. Open to candidates previously in more senior positions. Tax domain experience is essential. Wealth management, superannuation, or investment trusts domain experience is a bonus.
