As a growing business, they’re now looking to strengthen their Health, Safety, Environment & Quality function and are committed to building a safer, more streamlined way of working. About the Role: This newly created position offers full ownership of the HSEQ function. You’ll be responsible for developing a practical, fit for purpose HSEQ system, building on the basic framework currently in place and shaping it into a robust and scalable program. This is a hands on role working closely with leadership, field teams and service technicians to embed a strong safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and systems. Build on existing foundations to create a tailored, compliant HSEQ framework. Drive safety culture and engagement across sites, workshops and office environments. Lead incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions. Oversee risk assessments, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards and industry requirements. Provide coaching, training and support to operational teams. Manage quality assurance processes and accreditation requirements. To Be Successful: 5 years in an HSEQ Previous experience in an leadership role within a related industry Diploma in WHS or OHS Proven capability in developing or improving safety systems and processes. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management. Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels. Hands-on, proactive and solutions-driven approach.
