As the Account Director , you’ll lead sophisticated sales conversations with senior decision-makers, manage complex deal cycles, and drive substantial revenue growth across both new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to grow enterprise and mid-market accounts in size, value, and long-term potential. Build strong pipelines through effective prospecting and deliver polished, consultative sales pitches that resonate with senior stakeholders. Create compelling, tailored proposals across a suite of digital media, lead generation, content, and event solutions. Lead complex negotiations, close high-value commercial agreements, and partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and repeat business. Key Requirements 5 years’ experience closing complex six-figure digital media, demand generation, or B2B marketing deals, with strong results across both new and existing accounts. Advanced consultative sales capability with the ability to design high-value solutions and long-term growth strategies. Proven strength in diagnosing client needs, navigating sophisticated deal cycles, and negotiating multi-stakeholder commercial agreements. Highly agile, ambitious, and commercially sharp, thriving in a fast-moving environment with evolving client needs and business priorities.
