The Role As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational excellence with people management. In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Relevant qualifications in Retail, Hospitality and Business Management are preferred
